  How long is your turnaround time? 

Your cup is handmade by me (a real glitter-covered mom, not a factory ). Turnaround is typically 7–14 business days, depending on how crazy life is and how many cups are in front of yours. If I have to chase a toddler, add one day. 

Do you accept custom orders? Yes ma’am!! Custom orders are my favorite thing ever Just send me your idea, colors, inspo pics — or literally just say “make it cute” and I’ll take it from there. 

 Are your cups sealed? Will the glitter come off? No glitter shedding here Everything is sealed with high-quality epoxy for a smooth, glassy, chef’s kiss finish. You can rub it, wash it, love it — no sparkle loss. 

 How do I wash my cup? Treat her like a princess • Hand wash only • No soaking • Keep away from the dishwasher (she can’t handle that kind of environment ) 

My cup looks sparkly in person but photos aren’t showing it?? Yes girl, the sparkle is always 10,000% better in person  It’s like trying to take a photo of a star — just trust, it’s gorgeous. 

Do you offer refunds or replacements? If I mess up: I fix it. If the mailman yeets it into a ditch: I help file a claim. If your toddler launches it off the roof: bestie… that’s between you and the universe
